You must notify jlj5 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jlj5 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its compliance obligations. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jlj5 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
jlj5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, and Metrobank bank transfer. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on the jlj5 Platform are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered using real money bets before a withdrawal request can be made. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
Different game types contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at the highest rate. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active and subject to wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
All games available on the jlj5 Platform are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through live studio feeds subject to independent oversight. jlj5 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest error in the display of odds, game results, or account balances, jlj5 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances accordingly. jlj5 is not liable for any loss arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control. The principle that "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlj5 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

jlj5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if jlj5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jlj5 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jlj5 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service beyond its reasonable control.
Note: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jlj5's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your jlj5 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any pending withdrawal processing timelines.
jlj5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where jlj5 has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached these Terms; the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; the player has provided false information; or continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jlj5.
Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, jlj5 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real money and bonus funds. Where termination is initiated by jlj5 for reasons other than breach, your real money balance will be returned to you subject to standard verification procedures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlj5 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jlj5 customer support. jlj5 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents jlj5 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
jlj5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlj5 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the jlj5 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.
